Couple plan August wedding

Mr. and Mrs. Tim and Sharon Denning of Houghton are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Whitney Denning to Tony Caldwell, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kevin and Janet Caldwell of Washington.

Ms. Denning is a graduate of Marquette High School, Drake University and the University of Denver College of Law. She is currently a labor and employment law associate at the Traylor Law Group in Denver, Colo. Mr. Caldwell is a graduate of Washington High School and Wabash College. He is currently a law student at the University of Arizona College of Law in Tucson, Ariz.

The couple will be married on Aug. 2, at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church in Denver with Fr. Chrysostom Frank presiding. The couple will host a reception for local friends and family on Aug. 9 at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Washington.
