Couple plan June wedding

Tom and Mary Kay Hora of Riverside are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristen Danielle Hora, to Tyler Elmer Becker, son of Don and Cindy Becker of North Liberty. Kristen is the granddaughter of Rita Jenn and the late Joe Jenn and Marjorie Hora and the late Edwin Hora. Tyler is the grandson of Elmer and Shirley Waldschmidt and Verlina Becker and the late Norbert Becker.

Hora is a 2010 graduate of Highland High School and a 2013 graduate of the University of Northern Iowa where she received her bachelor's degree in marketing. She is employed as the reservations coordinator in the Iowa Memorial Union Event Services Office at the University of Iowa in Iowa City.

Her fiancé is a 2008 graduate of Highland High School. He is employed as a plumber by AAA Mechanical and is currently in his fourth year of the apprenticeship program.

The couple will be married at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Riverside on June 6, 2015.
