Couple plans August wedding
Mike and Paula Brinning, of Keota, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Kelsey Brinning, to Bryce Stout, son of Gary and Jana Stout of Washington.
Kelsey is currently employed at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
Bryce is currently attending Kirkwood Community College and is working in the family farm operation.
