Couple plans August wedding
Shirley Tobiason, of Cedar Rapids, daughter of the late Lyle and Marcella Tobiason, and Wayne Eiben, of Monticello, son of Clarence and Laura Eiben, are pleased to announce their engagement.
Shirley is the assistant scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 242 in Washington.
Their wedding will be held Aug. 8, 2015, in Wyoming, Iowa.
