Couple to celebrate 40th anniversary
Edwin and Rita Luers, of rural Keota, will celebrate their 40th anniversary July 11, from 2 to 4 p.m. with an open house. They were married on July 5, 1975, at Prairie Flower Baptist Church.
Their family includes their children Lora (Joel) Banister of Somonauk, Ill., Lisa (Will) Van Der Molen of Altoona, Lynnae (Shane) Callison of Ventura, and Will (Melissa) of Keota; and have 13 grandchildren.
