Couple to celebrate 70th anniversary
Allan and Betty (Caldwell) Lucas were united in marriage on Nov. 15, 1945, in Morning Sun, Iowa. Vows were exchanged in a double ring candlelight ceremony in the home of the bride?s mother. Longtime residents of Crawfordsville, the couple have two sons: Ron (Kris) Lucas and Roger (Edie) Lucas. They also have eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to attend an open house to celebrate their 70th Anniversary on Sunday, Nov. 1, from 2- 4p.m. at the United Church of Crawfordsville where refreshments will be served. No presents, only your presence is requested.
