Couple to perform next Tuesday

Joe Scott and Hannah Alkire joined forces in 1998 and have since become internationally acclaimed. The Washington Concert Association is bringing their Gitjo/Cello duo to United Methodist Church on Tuesday March 7, at 7:30 p.m. as part of their 2017-18 concert season.

Joe and Hannah are married and live in Colorado, but perform extensively throughout the world. Their repertoire includes Celtic, Latin, folk music, and more. The musicians? thoughtful, humorous rapport with their audiences brings about spontaneous applause and laughter.
