Couples glowed at the 4-H Father-Daughter Dance
Feb. 15, 2022 2:50 pm
Eighty-three couples enjoyed in the special Let it Glow Father Daughter dance held Saturday night, Feb. 12, hosted by the 4-H County Council.
The event was open to the public for kindergarten-fourth grade girls and the special man in her life. Beautiful young ladies and their fathers, grand fathers, uncles, older brothers, neighbors, filled the basement of Dallmeyer Hall.
The committee was honored to have record breaking attendance at maximum capacity. Each couple posed at the photo booth and were able to take home a framed keepsake photo. This night of special memories included dancing, refreshments, corsages, and fun.
Proceeds from the event will be used in other 4-H County Council hosted events in the coming year and as scholarships to 4-Hers attending 4-H events. This group also looks forward to hosting a Mummy Son Monster Mash annually in October.

4-H County Council invited young ladies and the special men in their lives to attend the Let it Glow Father Daughter Dance. Many of the young girls enjoyed the evening with their friends, too, with dancing and games.
