Byron Polson, 37, 606 S. Seventh St., pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while barred and was fined $625. A two-year jail sentence was suspended in favor of two years probation.
Summer S. Carr, 31, of Stockport pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated-first offense and received a deferred judgment. She was ordered to pay a $1,250 civil penalty and was placed on probation for two years.
Keith Kelly Lancaster, 35, 701 W. Broadway Ave., pleaded guilty to driving while denied or revoked ad was fined $315. A 30-day jail sentence was suspended in favor of two years probation.
Julie Ann Polson, 35, of Ottumwa pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated-first offense and received a deferred judgment. She was put on probation for two years and ordered to pay a $1,250 civil penalty.
Diana Jean Haynes, 41, 606 W. Jackson Ave., pleaded guilty to gathering where a controlled substance is used and possession of marijuana. She received a deferred judgment and was placed on probation for two years. She must pay $630 in civil penalties and $250 in law enforcement initiative surcharges.
Kurt Matthew Harness, 41, 1109 Liberty Drive, No. 3, pleaded guilty to public intoxication-second offense and was fined $315. A 30-day jail sentence was suspended in favor of two years probation.
