Pastor Jason and Tina Collier, Joe, Lexi, Izzy, Jeremy and Jessup traveled to Pembina, N.D., on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to spend the holiday with his sister, JoHannah and husband Pep Crotty and nieces, Tyanne, and Victoria Crotty. Others joining them were Jason's parents, Jim and Carole Collier of Davenport, and all of Pep's family. Pep is the U.S. Customs Immigration Officer on the U.S.-Canadian border. Jason's family returned to their home on Saturday evening.

A gathering of 58 relatives, friends of relatives and friends of friends from Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas City and North Carolina enjoyed a bountiful dinner on Nov. 27, 2014, Thanksgiving Day at the United Church of Crawfordsville.

Those attending were : Duane and Ann Lewis; Wendy and Derek Imhoff and Orie; Alisha and Levi Kelley, Cecil and Leah; Emily Lewis and Scott Boylan; Steve and Ellie Boylan; Mildred Houseal and Verna Spangler; Janet and Ernie Whiting and Alyson; Nancy and Sanford Rugg, Chelsea and Clarissa; Uriah Rugg and Shannon Peserik; Steve and Pam Davis; Mindy and Jerry Driscoll; Eric Davis; Rodney and Joyce Letts; Scott and Jeanne Davis, Angela and Amber Davis; Ryan Davis and Peyton; Jill and Randy DeYarman; Joannie and Caleb Kanneberg and Luna; Katie DeYarman and Joe Henderson; Sandy and Jeff Suter; Erin and Jacob Thoruis, Jordan and Jase; Adam and Tara Suter, Laney and Brody; Lorraine Suter; Dawn Stout; Cody Curtis and Rebecca Owens.

A good time was had by all.

Wyman Community Club met Monday, Dec. 1, at the Ainsworth Four Corners for an 11:30 p.m. luncheon.

Attending were Audrey Finke and Jane Kaczinski of Washington; Frieda Finke, Ruth Erwin, Billie Jo Rose, Fern Clang and Margaret Patterson of Crawfordsville; and Robert Davis of Wayland.

Fern and Robert treated everyone to spice cake for their birthdays.

The group will meet again Monday, Jan. 5, 2015, at Ainsworth Four Corners.
