Wednesday Study Club met at the United Church of Crawfordsville on Sept. 18, 2014, at 6 p.m. for a salad supper. The committee for the evening, who furnished the main dish, drink and rolls were co-hostesses Marilyn Rees, Helen Lease and Joan Anderson. Salads were furnished by members of the losing team in the previous year's reading contest.
Booklets for the 2014-15 club year were distributed and discussed.

A drawing was held for the captains of the two reading teams for the coming year and Clarissa Malmberg and Maxine Martin will have those positions. The names were then drawn for the two teams.
The October meeting will be a tour of the Herbert Hoover Museum in West Branch, with Cathy Williams making the arrangements.
The United Church of Crawfordsville will hold a harvest supper and auction on Saturday, Oct. 25. Serving will be from 4:30 to 6:45 p.m. The auction will begin at 7 p.m.
