FALL CLEAN-UP
Crawfordsville citizen's take note! Monday, Oct. 20, 2025 will be Fall cleanup day. Have items out by 7 a.m.
Household debris should be bagged.....100 lb. limit
Wood needs to be bundled
Paint cans should be emptied and dried out
ITEMS THAT WILL NOT BE PICKED UP
Oil, Burn barrels, Yard waste, Any hazardous waste, Concrete, Brick, Plaster and Tires.

WHITE CLOUD CLUB
Six members of the White Cloud Club met at Your Choice Family Restaurant in Wayland for lunch at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2025. Margaret Patterson was hostess and had decorated the table in a Fall theme. A delicious lunch was enjoyed by all.
President Betty Lintz opened the meeting with a quiz about different states. Roll call was guessing "your Secret Sister." Many had no idea, but a small hint of who might have been sending them cards and gifts throughout the past year. All were showered with a reveal gift.
Pat Miller read the minutes of the September meeting and gave the treasurer's report.
Election of offices for the new year followed. President Betty led the club in voting and the tallying of new officers. They are: President: Jolene Colthurst; Vice President: Diane Johnston; Secretary/Treasurer: Margaret Patterson; Reporter: Pat Miller; Assistant Reporter: Virginia Sands and Programs: Betty Lintz. Each member then signed for a month that they would be hostess. Club committees were also assigned. It was voted to raise club dues to $5.
The afternoon was spent visiting and Betty showed pictures of her last vacation.
The next meeting will be on Nov. 3, noting this is a Monday as Tuesday, Nov. 4 is Election Day. It will once again be held at Your Choice Family Restaurant at 11 a.m.

CRAWFORDSVILLE COSTUME CONTEST
Join the Crawfordsville Community Club for the annual costume contest! Prizes and goody bags are being donated by Peoples Savings Bank. Donuts will be provided by the American Legion Post #593.
This event will be held Oct. 31, 2025 beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Crawfordsville Fire Station. This is open to preschool through 6th grade with an open adult and family class.
Citywide Trick or Treating to follow immediately! Residents are asked to turn on their porch lights if they wish to participate!
