FOLLOW-UP to COMMUNITY CLUB EVENT

Although the weather didn't cooperate on Saturday, Dec. 13 around 80 people came out for the event and enjoyed the home tours of Jeff and Amy Eubanks, Randy and Judy Robinson, Layne and Paulette Twinam and Clint and Jenny Stout. There was lots of diversity between homes and they were all very nicely done and had unique features.

One event that was canceled due to the weather was the tractor rides around town to view Christmas lights.

A lot of fun was had at the Fire Station with games being played.

Eight kids received sleds through the coloring contest.

Reindeer food was made and fun was had with Santa.

Hopefully this tradition will carry on next year and more will be able to enjoy this event.

CHRISTMAS HAPPENINGS

The Davis clan held their annual Christmas Eve celebration at the Crawfordsville Legion Hall. Games were played until Santa arrived and handed out presents to all the boys and girls that had been good. This was followed by choices of soup---Ham and Bean, Lasagna and Bacon Potato, made and served by Nancy Rugg, Chelsea and Clarissa and Aly Whiting. The rest of the evening, games and fellowship was enjoyed by all, with some attending Christmas Eve services at the United Church of Crawfordsville.

Those in attendance were: Ernie and Jan Whiting, Alyson Whiting; Duane Lewis, Levi and Alsiha Kelley, Cecil and Leah; Ryleigh Boylan; Scott and Jeanne Davis; Ryan and Carman Davis, Peyton and Paxton; Marcus and Brittany Davis, Makinley, Brysen and Merrick; Chris McClain, Chayse and Alayna; and Angela Davis; Amber and Rebecca Davis; Steve and Pam Davis; Jerry and Mindy Driscoll, Blake, Wyatt, Olivia and Lilly; Patrick and Kim Farrell and Henry; Eric and Jessica Davis, Javan, Jaxon and Jada; Randy and Jill DeYarman; Joe and Kayti Henderson, Molly and Gwen and Theo; Sanford and Nancy Rugg; Chelsea and Clarissa Rugg.

On Christmas Day, Dan and Linda Wiltfang were guests in the home of their son and wife, Jason and Pamela Wilftang, Bradley, Jackson and Ava in North Liberty and were joined by Pamela's parent's, Ark and Jan Wong from Cedar Rapids. On Friday, the 26th, Jason and Pamela, Bradley, Jackson and Ava were at the home of Dan and Linda and enjoyed a traditional fondue party and exchange of gifts.

Christmas Day guests in the home of Billie Jo Rose were Joi and David Dellamuth of Williamsburg and Kevin Rose;

Guests in the home of Doug and Carol Steele were Carmen Steele of Omaha, NE.; Doug and Carrie Wilkerson and Emma of Center Point and Cory and Katie Steele, Kylee and Clayton.
