The Davis family enjoyed a Christmas Eve dinner at the Legion Hall in Crawfordsville. Those attending were: Janet and Ernie Whiting, Alyson Whiting, Ann and Duane Lewis, Emily Boylan, Alisha and Levi Kelley, Cecil and Leah, Scott and Jeanne Davis, Angel Davis, Amber Davis, Lily Wink, Brittany Davis and Brysen, Ryan and Carman Davis and Peyton, Steve and Pam Davis, Mindy and Jerry Driscoll and Blaine, Kimberly Farrell and Henry, Eric and Jessica Davis and Javan, Nancy and Sanford Rugg, Chelsea Rugg, Clarissa Rugg, Uriah Rugg and Shannon Peserik.

Many attended the candlelight service at the United Church of Crawfordsville following food and fellowship as a family.

Christmas Eve dinner guests of Pastor Jason and Tina Collier, Joey Lexi, Izzy, Jeremy and Jessup were Jim and Carole Collier and Helen Crawford, all of Davenport, JoHannah and Brett Crotty, Tyanne and Victoria of Pembina, North Dakota, Dan and Stacy Klinzman and Molly and Dave Neff and Rose Bixby all of Ainsworth. The group sang Happy Birthday to Jesus and Santa blew out the candles.

Christmas Eve supper guests of Billie Jo Rose were Beth Bennett and Kevin Rose and Joi and David Dellamuth.

The family of the late Clint and Arlene Fletcher gathered at the United Church of Crawfordsville on Saturday, Dec. 26, 2015, for a belated Christmas dinner. Attending were Larry and Donna Fletcher of Crawfordsville, Brad and Carol Fletcher and Emma of Cedar Falls, Robin Fletcher and Corey and Amy Mellies, Lily, Claire and Oliver, all of Ames; Linsey and Kaleb Zimmerman, Henry and John of Cedar Falls; Kathy and Mick Garris of Winfield; Jennifer and Charlie Dill and family of St. Louis; Erik and Bekah Garris of Colorado and Troy Garris of Chicago.

Enjoying Christmas brunch at the home of Ruth Erwin were Sharon and Tom Boring and Ami of Swisher; Lindsay Hubbell, Kaden, Logan, Jackson and Dalana of Ottumwa; David and Tammy Erwin of Crawfordsville and Joni; and Janelle and Micah Johnson of Washington.

The Crawfordsville Fireman will be having a Soup Supper on Saturday, Jan. 9, 2016, from 4 -7 p.m at the Crawfordsville City Hall/Fire Station. A free-will offering will be taken. Everyone come join them.
