The Wyman Community Club met Monday, Feb. 3, 2020, with seven present for a 11:30 a.m. luncheon at Ainsworth Four Corners.
Attending were Ray and Shirley Hendrickson of Iowa City, John Wittrig and Laura Wittrig from Winfield and Larry Love, Carol Steele and Billie Jo Rose, all of Crawfordsville.
Ray shared an album he had put together of all the Cotter alumni. He also amused everyone with an ice trick.
The group will meet again Monday, March 2, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. at Ainsworth Four Corners.
Eight members of the White Cloud Club met at Gussy's for a 11:30 luncheon and meeting with Shannon Sells as hostess on Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2020.
Present were Jolene Colthurst, Frieda Finke, Joyce Huff, Betty Lintz, Pat Miller, Pauline Richardson, Virginia Sands and the hostess, Shannon.
Following lunch Pauline opened the meeting with a reading 'Friends for ever.”
Roll call was answered with every one telling what was on their bucket list, unfortunately, not many had a bucket list.
Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved and the treasurer's report was given. Correspondence was also read.
The next meeting will be Date Night on Tuesday evening, March 3, 2020 at 6 p.m. at Gussy's.
The April 7, 2020 club meeting will be held at 11:30 at Gussy's with Joyce Huff as hostess.
A reminder that the Crawfordsville Lions Club will hold their annual Pancake and Sausage Supper on Saturday evening, February 15, 2020 from 4-7 p.m. at the WACO Elementary School in Crawfordsville. Part of the moneys realized from the sales will go to help defray costs for Jennie Greene's Mission trip.
Tickets can be purchased from any Lions Member or at Agri-Way Partners in Crawfordsville.
