The Crawfordsville Lions Club met at 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 26, at the Crawfordsville Community Room with 13 members present.
President Mindy Rochwick called the meeting to order and led the Pledge to the Flag. Lion Larry Fletcher offered prayer.
In the absence of the secretary, Billie Jo Rose read the minutes of the Jan. 12 meeting, which was approved as read. Treasurer's report was also given.

The Crawfordsville Lions Club met at 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 26, at the Crawfordsville Community Room with 13 members present.
President Mindy Rochwick called the meeting to order and led the Pledge to the Flag. Lion Larry Fletcher offered prayer.
In the absence of the secretary, Billie Jo Rose read the minutes of the Jan. 12 meeting, which was approved as read. Treasurer's report was also given.
A letter was read from the Canine Development Center Project in Rochester, Mich., explaining what they do.
The upcoming pancake supper was discussed. It was announced that setup time would be at 9 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 13. The Leo Club has been contacted and several members will be at the school to help set up, assist in serving and take down tables and chairs.
Following a motion to adjourn, refreshments were served by Rochwich and Greene. Tail Twister Larry Fletcher conducted a very interesting Iowa Trivia game.
In church news, Easter Cantata practice will begin at 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 1, at the Winfield Presbyterian Church. All area singers are invited and urged to become part of this annual tradition which had been going on for over 75 years, The cantata will be presented on Palm Sunday, March 29.
Fliers are arriving already for summer camping. One from Camp Wyoming has arrived. If anyone has a child or knows of one who might be interested, please contact the church office at 319-658-2366 for details
