Crawfordsville Wednesday Study Club meets

Six members and one guest met at Dino's Restaurant in Washington for a Dutch treat lunch for the March 16 meeting of the Crawfordsville Wednesday Study Club.
Arrangements were made by the hostess Janice Twinam. Attending were members Ruth Erwin, Rachel Koehler, Debbie Lowe, Clarissa Malmberg, Cathy Williams, Janice Twinam and guest, Phyllis Eisele.
Following lunch, the meeting was adjourned to Phyllis' home where the group enjoyed looking at and learning about her collections of pottery, crocks, dishes, pictures and more. Phyllis spoke about the history of various pieces as family heirlooms and auction purchases.
The next meeting will be April 20, 2022 with Ruth Erwin to be hostess.
Church News:
Spring Clean-up of the church grounds and inside the building will be Saturday, April 2, 2022 with a rain date the following Saturday, April 9. Everyone should gather at 8 a.m. to help out.
Crooked Creek Christian Camp is busy preparing for the summer camp season. They are now hiring counselors, housekeeping and kitchen staff and lifeguards. Contact email is heather@crookedcreekcamp.org. for more information.
Pies:
A reminder that the Crawfordsville Community Club is selling pies for Easter again this year. They are available in Cherry, Pumpkin, Apple, Dutch Apple, Peach, Blueberry, Strawberry Rhubarb, Pecan, Chocolate Silk, Coconut Cream, Peanut Butter Silk and Cookies and Cream. Individual meat pies are available in Beef and Chicken. Orders must be in by Sunday, April 3 and they may be picked up at the Crawfordsville Fire Station on Friday, April 15 from 4-7 p.m.
