Cupcake wars to be held at the library
The Washington Public Library will be having Cupcake Wars during Wacky Wednesday Early Out Fun, on Sept. 30, from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. This event is free for grades kindergarten through fifth. The event will be held in the State Bank Room. The library will provide the cupcake and frosting.
Student's are responsible for bringing toppings to make their cupcake masterpieces.
