Darrell Wayne Phillips, 71, of Fairfield, died Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2010, at Jefferson County Health Center.
A service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the Rev. Jim Cecil officiating.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the family and sent to 3576 Half Moon Ave. SW, Tiffin 52340.

Mr. Phillips was born Nov. 29, 1938, in East Moline, Ill., the son of Clarence Edwin and Leota Race Phillips. He married Karen McNeese Sept. 2, 1961. They were later divorced. For the last 30 years, Mr. Phillips was committed to Karen Lamb.
