Dave and Joan Rodgers to celebrate 50th anniversary
Dave and Joan (Rich) Rodgers will be having their 50th wedding anniversary October 20.
They were married in 1973 at the Wayland United Methodist Church. They have always lived in Henry County, except a year when Dave served in the U.S. Navy and two years in Pella when they both finished their education. Dave and Joan are retired but work part time, Dave at Banner Hardware & Auto Parts in Wayland and Joan at Olson Powell Chapel and Crematory in Mt. Pleasant.
They have three sons, Justin, Tyler and Angie (Ganon, Myar, Gradon), and Craig and Jess (Alice, Hendricks, Bryant).
