Davison Reunion held in Crawfordsville

The 89th Davison Reunion was held Sunday, Aug. 3, at the Crawfordsville Fire Station in Crawfordsville, Iowa. Those attending were descendants of John Sr. and Eva (Pickens) Davison. Attending were family Representing children from Roy Davison, Charlie Davison, and Dora (Davison) Wagner.

President Larry Swailes welcomed those attending. Ken Wagner gave the blessing.

Jack and Jan Kiesey, Jerry and Janice Flory, Rodney and Joyce Letts, Ken Wagner attended from Washington. Larry and Barb Swailes, Pam Davis from Crawfordsville. Cindy and Connor McKinney from Letts. Bill and Nancy Wagner from Morning Sun. John Ellis from Mediapolis. Cheryl Dahlquist from Keota. Kris Storr from Muscatine.

Old family pictures were passed around and wonderful stories were shared during the afternoon. After the potluck a short meeting followed with setting the date and time for next year's gathering. We will meet the first Sunday of August in 2026 at the Crawfordsville Fire Station at 12:30.
