Defensive driving program April 19
BLOOMFIELD ? A defensive driving program designed to keep drivers informed of the latest driving regulations is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 19 at the McCollum Center in Bloomfield.
The program will sharpen driving skills and help keep participants alert to health conditions that could affect driving safety. To complete the program, no tests or driving are needed.

BLOOMFIELD ? A defensive driving program designed to keep drivers informed of the latest driving regulations is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 19 at the McCollum Center in Bloomfield.
The program will sharpen driving skills and help keep participants alert to health conditions that could affect driving safety. To complete the program, no tests or driving are needed.
The following questions will be answered:
? How do you compensate for diminished peripheral vision on the road?
? What precautions should you take before entering an expressway?
? When should parents give up driving licenses?
The program costs $12 for AARP members and $14 for nonmembers. It is open to anyone regardless of age.
Reservations and payment should be made by Tuesday and should be sent to: Davis County Area Chapter AARP, care of Louise Bowersox, 202 Hillcrest Ave., Bloomfield 52537.
