Delker, Barron married at Sullivan Brothers center

Jessica Lynn Delker and Scott Michael Barron were united in marriage Saturday, Nov. 30, 2013, at the Sullivan Brothers Convention Center in Waterloo, with friend Judd Meinders performing the double-ring ceremony.

Attending the bride were maid-of-honor Allison N. Delker, sister of the bride, bridesmaids Emily McLaughlin, Abby Ohlaug and Sarah Barron, sisters of the groom, Jessica Kremer and Erin Burr, friends of the bride, and personal attendants Abbey Bogner and Meritt Suchomel, friends of the bride.

Attending the groom were best man Mike Barron, father of the groom, Scott McLaughlin and Brandon Ohlaug, brothers-in-law of the groom, Matt Betterton, Will Ketchen and Blake Schoonover, friends of the groom. The ushers were Charley Cronk and Robbie Schwenker, friends of the groom. Ringbearer was Jackson McLaughlin, nephew of the groom.

Dinner and dancing for 300 guests was held at the convention center immediately following the wedding.

The couple honeymooned in Punta Cana Dominican Republic.

They make their home in Vinton. The bride is supervisor of the CT department at Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids, and the groom is a chiropractor at Betterton Family Chiropractic in Vinton.

Parents of the bride are Dennis and Terri Delker of Fairfield. Parents of the groom are Mike and Rhonda Barron of Vinton.
