Local jewelry artist Tahmi DeSchepper of Fairfield will be participating in ArtFest Midwest Saturday and Sunday at the Iowa State Fairgrounds Varied Industries Building in Des Moines.
DeSchepper will be one of the Iowa artists exhibiting and selling her work during both days of the show.
