Discount to Holiday Nights ?N Lights display
OTTUMWA ? Jefferson and Van Buren county residents can drive through the Ottumwa Area Chamber of Commerce?s annual Holiday Nights ?N Lights in Greater Ottumwa Park at a discounted entrance fee.
Dec. 5, all vehicles with Jefferson County license plates and Dec. 6, all vehicles with Van Buren license plates will be admitted for $7. Regular admission is $10.

OTTUMWA ? Jefferson and Van Buren county residents can drive through the Ottumwa Area Chamber of Commerce?s annual Holiday Nights ?N Lights in Greater Ottumwa Park at a discounted entrance fee.
Dec. 5, all vehicles with Jefferson County license plates and Dec. 6, all vehicles with Van Buren license plates will be admitted for $7. Regular admission is $10.
The mile-long display continues through Dec. 30. Hours are 6-8:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 6-9:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
Holiday Nights ?N Lights incorporates 50 outdoor displays, with 300 lighted characters of all shapes and sizes. Brand-new for 2011 are the ?The Enchanted Forest? and an 18-foot by 18-foot ?Patriotic American Eagle.? Favorites like the ?Lighted Tunnel? are back along with the ?Happy Dragon.?
Santa Claus will visit with children in ?Santa?s House? through Dec. 23.
Tickets also can be purchased in advance for $8 at any of the 14 Elliott Oil BP Stations in Ottumwa, Agency, Albia, Batavia Centerville, Chariton, Eddyville, and Hedrick. Buses or other group vehicles are $1 per passenger with a minimum of $15.
