Donations sought to help bring Wall that Heals to Fairfield
American Legion Auxiliary No. 47 in Fairfield is in the process of raising the $7,000 needed to bring The Wall That Heals to Fairfield.

American Legion Auxiliary No. 47 in Fairfield is in the process of raising the $7,000 needed to bring The Wall That Heals to Fairfield.
The Wall is a replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C., and contains 58 names of servicemen and women from within a 50-mile radius of Fairfield, including Keota, Washington, Mt. Pleasant, Ottumwa, Richland and Fairfield. The 248-foot wall is driven around the country and stationed in one spot for about four days.

To donate, mail checks, earmarked for The Wall, payable to American Legion Auxiliary No. 47, c/o Shirley Kitch, 305 W. Washington Ave., Fairfield 52556. All donations will be kept in a separate account until the goal is reached.
Names of all donors will be listed on the back of the program.
