The event is to demonstrate Dutch oven cooking skills for novice and ?well seasoned? participants.
Novice participants or teams, which have been competing for two years or less, will be judged in their own category, and will compete for first and second place with dessert and main dish, with prizes of $75 and $50, respectively.
Well-seasoned cooks will compete for firstthrough third place with four categories: dessert, side dish, main dish and bread. The prizes will be $100, $75, and $50 respectively.
The public is invited to attend to watch and visit with the cooks. Cooking begins at 9:30 a.m., with the first round of judging at 11:15 a.m.
