Early Childhood Area is accepting requests for proposals

The Henry/Washington Early Childhood Area (ECA) Board is now accepting requests for proposals for the 2015 state fiscal year. Henry/Washington ECA is a designated Early Childhood Iowa area board and consists of members representing citizens, elected officials, education, health, human services, faith, business, and consumer. Henry/Washington ECA determines community needs for young children, establishes priorities, and provides funding for local programs. Agencies and/or organizations seeking funding for projects serving young children and their families may submit completed Request For Proposals to the Henry/Washington ECA office by April 17, 2014 for consideration.
