Elmore family gathers for reunion
The annual Elmore reunion was held Sunday, Nov. 30, 2014, at the Lake Darling Lodge in rural Brighton. Sixty-five descendants of Elbert and Olive Elmore enjoyed wonderful food and great conversation. The youngest attendee was Copper McLain, son of Gretchen and Darrick McLain. The oldest was Roy Rogers of Richland. Those who traveled the farthest were Lloyd and Jimmy Stout families from Denham Springs, La.
