Warren and Mary C. Escher celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary at Sunrise Terrace in Winfield on Sunday. They were married Sept. 28, 1955, at St. James Church.
In attendance were their children, Kathy Cox and Marlene Rook of Marshalltown, Larry and Patty Escher of Winfield, Marvin Escher of North Liberty, and Don and Janelle of Washington.
Mary played two love songs on her accordion. The time was spent visiting and taking pictures.
