Essential oils class planned Saturday

Marisa Chirico will present a doTerra Essential Oils 101 class from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at the Fairfield Public Library.
Chirico is a graduate of the Functional Nutrition Alliance, Institute of Integrative Nutrition, the Institute of Health and Sciences and Tisserand Institute: Essential Oil Safety, and has a celebrated career as a chef in nutrition-based cuisine.
Those attending the free interactive class will learn how to use essential oils to reduce stress and tension, promote mental awareness, assist with clear breathing and support respiratory health, soothe sore muscles and joints, and much more.
