Eubanks to celebrate 50 years of matrimony

On Saturday, May 29, Jim and Joan Eubanks will celebrate 50 years of marriage. Jim and Joan (Nebel) were married on May 29, 1971, at Eicher Mennonite Church in Noble, Iowa, near Wayland.

The couple has spent their entire life in and around the Noble area. The have three kids, Jeff Eubanks and wife Amy, Jason Eubanks and wife Becky, and Janelle Escher and husband Donnie. Along with the three kids they have five grandchildren: Emma Eubanks and finance Travis Clemmons, Nolan Eubanks, Sarah, Renae and Henry Eubanks.

“They feel very blessed to be able to celebrate this occasion after the numerous health issues that Jim has faced the past 10-plus years,” the family said in a statement.
