Evanovich to perform in concert Sunday

The Washington United Methodist Church is proud to host Joshua Evanovich in concert at 2 p.m., Sunday, May 3, at the church. The entire community is invited to enjoy his music.

Evanovich is a pianist/organist, music editor/engraver, and composer/arranger. He graduated with majors in music and business from Wartburg College in Waverly. He is currently an organist at Eastminster Presbyterian Church in Columbia, S.C., and an associate music editor for GIA Publications in Chicago Ill. He has just completed a new CD of hymn arrangements for solo piano.

On May 3 he will play a mixture of music for piano and organ including arrangements of favorite hymns, classical works, and even a few audience requests.

There will be a free-will offering.
