Exercise and Aging Topic of Jan. 31 Great River Health System Program Healthy U series returns in 2019

WEST BURLINGTON- Great River Health System will offer 10 monthly classes in its 2019 Healthy U educational series. The first program, The Effects of Exercise on Aging, will be presented at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 31, by Michael DeFranco, MD, a sports medicine and shoulder specialist at Great River Orthopedic Specialists.

The program will be in the Blackhawk Room at Great River Wellness Plaza, 1401 W. Agency Rd., West Burlington, IA.
