FAA annual Membership Exhibit and Awards Event

The Fairfield Art Association announces its annual Membership Exhibit featuring 43 artists and 82 art works, now on display in the Main Gallery in the Fairfield Arts & Convention Center. Art works can be viewed during business hours Monday thru Friday from 9 a.m. — 5 p.m., and during events in the facility.
An Award Event will be held on Friday March 6, from 6-8:00 p.m. for the artists and guests & the community to enjoy. Judging the exhibit will be Harriet Burbeck, an artist and Indian Hills Art Instructor. Visitors can vote for their favorite art work now until March 6. The annual Summer Art Installation theme will be announced this evening,

There is a wide range of media representing the artists and includes Paintings in Oil, Watercolor, Gouache, Soft Pastel, Graphite, colored pencils, Charcoal, several Mixed Fibers, Bronze Sculpture, Alcohol Ink, Markers, Clock Works, Wood & Mixed Media, Lino Cut Printing, Lithograph printing, Paper Folding, Mosaic Glass & Tile, Plexiglass, various mixed medias and use of Gold Leaf. Most art works are for sale. This exhibit will remain up through the end of March.
