Fairfield Beautification Commission bestows Rose Award on Willow and Bright

The owner of Willow and Bright, Shelbee Richards, decorated the storefront windows with beautiful pastel flowers, hanging from ceiling to floor, and paired them with mannequins showcasing vibrant spring clothing. By creating a captivating springtime scene with the floating flowers, she not only drew in passersby but also fostered a connection with the community, adding to the lively atmosphere of Fairfield's downtown.
