Oct. 3, 2018 11:29 am
Join Fairfield First Fridays for the 12th annual Oktoberfest 6-10 p.m. Friday in Central Park.
The Oktoberfest Committee has planned many activities for the evening, including live music by The Jonas Magram Jazz Quintet, and a few other local musicians, the annual Wiener Dog Races, lawn games, a dog parade, carriage rides, prize drawings, giveaways, treats for the pups and a few new activities for kids.
Food vendors, artists, crafters and more, like Jefferson County Health Center with pretzels and root beer, will be set up in Central Park. The Fairfield Arts & Convention Center has donated two pairs of tickets for upcoming holiday shows to be given away during the October First Fridays; stop by the Fairfield First Friday's tent to register to win prizes and treats for the kids and pups.
The timeline for the evening is:

6:15 p.m. - Tapping of the keg.
6:30 p.m. - Jonas Magram Jazz Quintet in the Ron Prill Band Stand.
