Fairfield school district has listed its menu for the coming week.
Monday ? breakfast at all schools: assorted cereals, cereal bars and Nutri-Grain Bars, orange juice, milk. Lunch: pig-in-a-blanket, baked beans, peas, fresh apple, milk; and in addition for high school students: fruit choice and tomatoes.
Tuesday ? breakfast at the middle and high schools: assorted cereals, egg and cheese on bagel, orange juice, milk; breakfast at the elementary schools: assorted cereals, wheat toast with butter and jelly or cereal/Nutri-Grain Bars orange juice, milk. Lunch: fajita chicken and mozzarella wrap, romaine salad, carrots, mixed fruit, milk; and in addition for high school students: fruit choice, tomatoes and fluffy rice.
Wednesday ? breakfast: late start; no meal served. Lunch: breaded pork patty on bun, sweet potato fluff, cauliflower, pears, milk; and in addition for high school students: fruit choice and tomatoes.
Thursday ? breakfast at all schools: assorted cereals, muffin, orange juice, milk. Lunch: beef and noodles, mashed potatoes, green beans, pineapple rings, whole-wheat roll with butter, milk; and in addition for high school students: fruit choice and tomatoes.
May 2 ? breakfast at the middle and high schools: assorted cereals, assorted cereal bars and Nutri-Grain Bars, orange juice, milk; breakfast at the elementary schools: eggs, assorted cereals, cereal bars and Nutri-Grain Bars, orange juice, milk. Lunch: ham and cheese on bun, corn, mixed vegetables, peaches, milk; and in addition for high school students: fruit choice and tomatoes.
