Fairfield Community School District has listed its breakfast and lunch menu for the coming week.
Monday ? Breakfast at the middle school and high school: assorted cereals, assorted cereal bars, orange juice and milk; breakfast at the elementary schools: assorted cereals, cereal bar or Nutri-Grain bar; orange juice and milk. Lunch: Hamburger on bun, romaine salad, sweet potato fries, fruit cocktail, tomatoes and fruit choice for 9-12, and milk.
Tuesday ? Breakfast at the middle school and high school: assorted cereals, egg omelet, orange juice and milk; breakfast at the elementary schools: assorted cereals, wheat toast with butter/jelly or cereal/Nutri-Grain bar, orange juice and milk. Lunch: Cooks? choice, carrots, green beans, pineapple rings, fruit choice for 9-12, and milk.
Wednesday ? Lunch: Chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli, fresh banana, wheat roll with butter, fruit choice for 9-12, and milk.
Thursday ? Breakfast at the middle school and high school: assorted cereals, scrambled eggs, orange juice and milk; breakfast at the elementary schools: assorted cereals, blueberry, apple or banana muffin, orange juice and milk. Lunch: Macaroni and cheese with ham, cauliflower, mixed vegetables, pears, bread and butter sandwich, fruit choice for 9-12, and milk.
Feb. 8 ? Breakfast at the middle school and high school: assorted cereals, assorted Nutri-Grain bars, orange juice and milk; breakfast at the elementary schools: assorted cereals, scrambled, patty or omelet eggs or cereal/Nutri-Grain Bar; orange juice and milk. Lunch: Turkey fritter on bun, corn, black beans, peach halves, fruit choice for 9-12, and milk.
