Fairfield Community School District has listed its breakfast and lunch menu for the coming week.
Monday ? breakfast at the middle school and high school: assorted cereals, assorted cereal bars, orange juice and milk; breakfast at the elementary schools: assorted cereals, cereal bar or Nutri-Grain Bar; orange juice and milk. Lunch: Pig-in-a-Blanket, corn, broccoli with cheese, fresh orange, milk, plus tomatoes and fruit choice for 9-12th grades.
Tuesday ? breakfast at the middle school and high school: assorted cereals, egg patty with cheese on a bagel, orange juice and milk; breakfast at the elementary schools: assorted cereals, wheat toast with butter and jelly or cereal with Nutri-Grain bar, orange juice and milk. Lunch: breaded pork patty on bun, sweet potato fluff, cauliflower, pear halves, fruit choice, Jell-O cube, milk, plus tomatoes for 9-12th grades.
Wednesday ? Lunch: fajita chicken with mozzarella wrap, Romaine salad, carrots, mixed fruit, fluffy rice, milk, plus tomatoes and fruit choice for 9-12th grades.
Thursday ? breakfast at the middle school and high school: assorted cereals, blueberry muffin, orange juice and milk; breakfast at the elementary schools: assorted cereals, wheat toast with butter and jelly or Nutri-Grain Bar, orange juice and milk. Lunch: Walking Taco with meat and cheese, refried beans, iceberg lettuce, pineapple tidbits, bread and butter sandwich, milk, plus tomatoes and fruit choice for 9-12th grades
May 17 ? breakfast at the middle school and high school: assorted cereals, assorted Nutri-Grain Bars, orange juice and milk; breakfast at the elementary schools: assorted cereals, scrambled, patty or omelet egg or cereal with Nutri-Grain Bar, orange juice and milk. Lunch: turkey and noodles, mashed potatoes, green beans, applesauce, wheat roll with butter, milk, plus tomatoes and fruit choice for 9-12th grades.
