Fairfield School Menu: Nov. 5-9, 2012

Fairfield school district has listed its menu for the coming week.

Monday ? breakfast at middle school and high school: assorted cereals and cereal bars, orange juice, milk; breakfast at elementary schools: assorted cereals, cereal bar or Nutri-Grain bar; orange juice, milk. Lunch: hamburger on bun, Romaine and tomato, sweet potato fries, fruit cocktail, milk.

Tuesday ? breakfast at middle school and high school: assorted cereals, breakfast cookie, orange juice, milk; breakfast at elementary schools: assorted cereals, wheat toast with butter and jelly or cereal and Nutri-Grain Bar, orange juice, milk. Lunch: cook?s choice meat, carrots, green beans, pineapple rings, milk.

Wednesday ? breakfast: not served. Lunch: chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes, broccoli, fresh banana, milk, plus wheat roll and butter for grades six through 12.

Thursday ? breakfast at middle school and high school: assorted cereals, English muffin, butter, orange juice, milk; breakfast at elementary schools: assorted cereals, blueberry, apple or banana muffin, orange juice, milk. Lunch: macaroni and cheese with ham, peas, mixed vegetables, pears, bread and butter sandwich, milk.

Nov. 9 ? breakfast at middle school and high school: assorted cereals, assorted Nutri-Grain Bars, orange juice, milk; breakfast at elementary schools: assorted cereals, scrambled, patty or omlet egg or cereal/Nutri-Grain Bar, orange juice, milk. Lunch: turkey fritter on bun, corn, black beans, peaches, milk.
