Fairfield Community School District has listed its breakfast and lunch menu for the coming week.

Fairfield Community School District has listed its breakfast and lunch menu for the coming week.
Monday ? breakfast at the middle school and high school: assorted cereals and cereal bars, orange juice and milk; breakfast at the elementary schools: assorted cereals, cereal bar or Nutri-Grain bar; orange juice and milk. Lunch: beef and bean burrito, romaine and tomato, corn, fresh apple, plus Mexican rice at the high school, milk.
Tuesday ? breakfast at the middle school and high school: assorted cereals, English muffin with butter, orange juice and milk; breakfast at the elementary schools: assorted cereals, wheat toast with butter and jelly, orange juice and milk. Lunch: chicken strips, garden spinach salad, fresh carrots, strawberries, bread and butter sandwich, milk.
Wednesday ? breakfast: late start; no meal served. Lunch: barbecued pork on bun, sweet potato puffs, baked beans, orange smiles, plus oatmeal cookie at the high school, milk.
Thursday ? breakfast at the middle school and high school: assorted cereals, egg omelet, orange juice and milk; breakfast at the elementary schools: assorted cereals, blueberry, apple or banana muffin, orange juice and milk. Lunch: turkey and cheese sub, romaine lettuce and tomato, oven fries, sliced peaches, plus graham crackers at the high school, milk.
Oct. 19 ? breakfast at the middle school and high school: assorted cereals and Nutri-Grain bars, orange juice and milk; breakfast at the elementary schools: assorted cereals, scrambled, patty or omelet eggs, orange juice and milk. Lunch: country-style beef patty, mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli, banana, plus wheat roll and jelly for sixth- through 12th-graders, milk.
