Fall prevention program to be presented
A program on "fall prevention" will be presented by Jeannie Verstraete and Laurie Kinzler at 1 p.m. Thurday, Oct. 20, in the Halcyon House Gameroom.
Each year thousands of deaths are caused by a fall. Jeanne and Laurie will talk about how to prevent falls and what to do if a fall occurs.
The program is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
