Family celebrates 80th birthday
Carol Mottet and her family celebrated her 80th birthday (May 28), Monday, June 8, with a dinner party at Iowa Power and Light in Iowa City. Carol and her husband, Joe, and their entire family were present to celebrate the special occasion.

Carol Mottet and her family celebrated her 80th birthday (May 28), Monday, June 8, with a dinner party at Iowa Power and Light in Iowa City. Carol and her husband, Joe, and their entire family were present to celebrate the special occasion.
Attending the birthday party included their four children, Dan, Doug, Tim, and Julie and their respective family members including six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. In total, 22 members of Carol?s family helped her celebrate her 80th with family traveling from as far away as Kansas City, Mo., and San Marcos, Texas. The celebration concluded with birthday cake and the opening of gifts.
