Family Christmas spent at farm

Jennifer and Brian Phillips and their children - Ames and Aurora of Johnston - spent Christmas with her parents, Gerald and Rosemary Pacha. Aurora spent the week between Christmas and New Year's with Gerald and Rosemary on the farm. She had fun making cinnamon rolls, cookies, sewing and playing with the farm dog and feeding kittens. On Friday they enjoyed the movie 'Mary Poppins,” in Iowa City with Jean Frazer before she had to go home on Saturday.
Shirley VanDee and Gerald and Rosemary Pacha attended the funeral services for Thelma Mahan on Monday, Dec. 31, in Keota at Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
