Participants are expected to be on time to classes. All indoor cycling classes will be in the new cycling room on the southside of the rec center.

Water Pump classes in September at the Roosevelt Aquatic Center are: 10:45-11:45 a.m. Monday through Saturday; 5:30-6:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday; and 9-10 a.m. Friday.
The buoyancy of water means Water Pump provides a virtually impact-free cardiovasculat workout, significantly reucing stress on the joints and muscle soreness, but the intensity of the movement, using resistance weights and high energy makes the class a high calorie- and fat-burner while toning muscles and building endurance.
