Flags donated to local school district
American Legion Post 29 members Jim Peterson, Mike Orris and Allen Fuhr presented new American and state flags to Washington Community School District business secretary Jeff Dieleman last week.
Flags were also presented to Lincoln, Stewart, Washington Middle School and Washington High School.
They are also working on repairing the flagpole and replacing the flag at Old Main.
