Fleur de Lis

Theresa Hora was hostess to Fleur de Lis Club members at 12:30 p.m. Dec. 12, for the annual Christmas Salad Luncheon.

Members enjoyed the hot dish and rolls provided by the hostess and a variety of salads and dessert finger foods provided by members around a decorated table.

Following the luncheon a short business meeting was led by President Nancy Kimmel. Roll call was answered with each member telling of her favorite Christmas carol/song. The secretary-treasurer reports were given by Linda Birney. The HACAP collection from November had been delivered. Members signed Christmas cards to be sent to inactive members. Nancy had several readings titled ?How to Stay Young,? ?Why We have Moms,? and a quiz on ?How Much Do You Know About Ag??

A relaxing afternoon was enjoyed by all catching up with family happenings.

The group will not meet in January. The next meeting will be Feb. 27, 2014 at 6 p.m. for a Husbands/Guest Night Out. Kathy Ebert will be in charge of arrangements.
