FMS students recognized for behavior

Fairfield Middle School is in its second year of implementing Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports.
The middle school students are encouraged to always display Trojan PRIDE: Prepared; Respectful; Integrity; Dependable; Environmentally Aware/Safe.
The middle school teachers were asked to identify students ?Who consistently display Trojan PRIDE in their daily lives.? The teams came up with the following students:
Fifth-grader Ashton Lankford, who ?does what he is supposed to do, even if no one is watching.?
Fifth-grader Ashley Bloomquist, who ?gets along with everyone and is kind and thoughtful of her peers.?
Fifth-grader Seth Mickels, who ?is always honest and does what is expected of him.?
Sixth-grader Gannon Courtright, who ?takes pride in his work and is very well mannered both in and out of the classroom.?
Sixth-grader Natalie Brader, who ?is not afraid to help others, takes pride in her work, and is very detail-oriented.?
Seventh-grader Rachel Funkhouser, ?who makes good choices and always does the right thing.?
Seventh-grader Zaya Garner, who ?is a good role model and has a positive attitude and is respectful of others.?
Eighth-grader Molly Ryan, who ?quietly, and without drawing attention to herself, sets a good example for others.?
Eighth-grader Zach Martin, who ?is an exceptional student who always does the right thing in and out of the classroom.?
FMS recently had its final PBIS drawing. The grade level winners were:
Fifth grade ? Matthew Studt, Tyler Gordy, Carroll Horton, Guiseppi Smith, Cody Wise, Andrew Peiffer, T.J. Twohill, Anatta Charoenkul, Noah Stone and Amber Burroughs.
Sixth grade ? Cade Lisk, Allison Krumboltz, Hunter Hoskins, Graham Kuehl, Trenday Sammons, Savannah Fleeman, Taylor Myers, David Wallingford, Alexis Triska and Kristen Burnstedt.
Seventh grade ? Holly Harward, Autum Wickenkamp, Sarah Hardin, Paige Buch, Logan Stark, Brandon Winkelman, Bailee Coleman, Haley Beard, Kaitlynn Steele and Briseyda Jiminez.
Eighth grade ? Sierra Vogt, Taylor Thomes, Cheyenne Anderson, Cody Mathis, Jarrett Hellweg, Wava Jarr, Shea Malloy, Mackenzie Flattery, Jacob Unkrich and Loreena Hucke.
