This 2011 movie from director Steven Spielberg is the epic adventure of a friendship between a horse and his young trainer. When they?re forced apart by World War I, the film follows the horses?s extraordinary journey as he changes and inspires the lives of everyone he meets. It is a tale of incredible loyalty, hope and tenacity. The movie is based on the Tony Award-winning Broadway play.

Those attending the free movie should note that because it is a 2.5-hour film, the doors will open and the movie will start earlier than usual. The doors will open at 6:30 p.m., and the movie begins at 7 p.m.
